1.      What are the four positive and four negative effects of tourism mentioned in the article?

Four positive of tourism ;

1)      Tourism creates many good jobs and careers

2)      Tourism can help to protect environments and animal life

3)      Tourism can save cultures and the local way of life

4)      Tourism can change countries and people for the better

 Four negative of tourism ;

1)      Tourism produces many poor and badly paid jobs.

2)      Tourism can damage the environments and animal life

3)      Tourism can destroy the cultures and the local way of life.

4)      Tourism can change countries and people for the worse.

2.      How many jobs in tourism can you think of? 

     

     From what i think jobs in tourism can be a million of jobs or event that can we take. But, from based on this article not very much that written in it for example, airport cleaner, zookeepers, bar staff, flight attendants, tour guide, and resort.

3.   Can you think of some recent international or national events that have affected the tourism industry? 

     

     National event in indonesia like, Lion Air crash at the end of the Ngurah Rai Airport runway could affect the tourism industry in Bali. It  would result in reduced direct flights from overseas to Bali. If that happens, then surely the number of tourists who visited Bali will be reduced.

4.      Do you think (find a certain place) as an object of tourism is a positive or negative influence in our country?   

     

     Every place that made an object of tourism of course there will always be negative or positive influence. For example in Bali. Bali is a province of Indonesia. The province covers a few small neighbouring islands as well as the isle of Bali. Negative influence of Bali like, Bali’s always place of bom by terorist in Indonesia. Positive influence like, there’s a lot object of tourism, beaches, and of course nice citizen.

5.     Which countries would you like to visit? Why?  

     

     America. For me, America is a city full of dreams. Especially the city of New York is nicknamed the city never sleeps. In America there are a lot of dreams and promising work. I really like the English language, interesting people, food, entertainment, artists, and tourist attractions. Due to the life and lifestyle of the American people is what makes me love and wanted to visit America. I hope someday I will be a success in America and stay there. Amin Ya Rabbal Alamin ^^.
